Join Tanisha Mitchell as she explores the secrets of music.  Why does music make you happy or sad or evoke special memories? Learn the secret behind melody and harmony with this interactive lecture.  Participants will conduct to an animated orchestra and explore how popular music borrows from classical music.   Named a "Mover and Shaker" by Library Journal, Tanisha Mitchell is best known for her innovative work in the arts at the Metropolitan Opera and the Freeport Memorial Library.
