May is Mental Health Awareness Month.  Join David Hymowitz, licensed social worker, and a professor at Hofstra University and at Stony Brook University, as he explores ways to be more resilient.  This workshop will review the concept of resiliency and explore the four major factors that contribute to being more resilient.  These factors include Hope, Social Connections, Purpose and Adaptability.  These four ingredients when focused on and tended to on a regular basis helps us to handle life's adversities better and to bounce back from challenges that occur.  This workshop will be interactive and experiential.
