Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention is a free program from NYU Langone Hospital – Long Island that uses the principles and movements of Tai Chi to help older adults improve their balance and increase their confidence in doing everyday activities.  This evidence-based program is proven to reduce falls, improve fitness, and is designed for older adults who are interested in improving balance, flexibility and strength.

Classes are led by a trained/certified instructor for 60 minutes for 14 weeks. Participants will learn: Balance Skills, Proper Body Alignment, & Coordinated Tai Chi movements

Registration is closed. 

All registered participants will receive the Liability Waiver in the confirmation email. All participants must complete the waiver to attend Tai Chi.
