Please join us for a series a Chair Yoga classes led by certified instructor Beth Lipset. Classes will be held from 12:30 -- 1:30 beginning January 22, and running through May 20 (no class on February 19 or April 22).

Homework Help for Elementary school children

Please join us for a series of exercise classes incorporating yoga, Pilates and stretching. Marlene Kirsh, athletic trainer and certified Pilates instructor, will lead the sessions.

This reading group, facilitated by Dr. Laury Magnus, Professor of English, will feature great classic works -- ancient to contemporary -- as well as participatory reading out loud of selected passages.

Learn to draw manga characters using pencils and fineliner pens. Participants will be guided step-by-step from drawing the head and body to inking their final illustrations. No prior drawing experience is necessary.
