Marc Josloff: Putting Fine Art into Photography

The Photography Club of Long Island (PCLI) invites the Port Washington community and friends to hear photographer/artist Marc Josloff share his insights at the Port Washington Public Library on Wednesday, October 9, at 7:30pm.

Marc Josloff has been highly awarded for both his paintings and photographs. He has received international awards and has had published work in both the photography and painting categories, as well as work in multiple permanent collections. His love of photography and painting has woven them together in his way of seeing.

Marc is the board member and watercolor chair of the Hudson Valley Art Association. He is also co-president and the discussion & critique moderator for the Long Island Center of Photography. He is often called upon to be a judge or presenter for regional photography groups and art associations.

Both in his own work and with his students, Marc always emphasizes the expressive power of art.
