Event Details

Please join us for a twelve-session exercise class incorporating yoga, pilates and stretching. Marlene Kirsh, athletic trainer and certified pilates instructor, will lead the classes. Sessions are from 5 :15 -- 6 :15  pm on twelve Mondays: September 11; September 18; October 2; October 16; October 23; October 30; November 6; November 13; November 20; November 27; December 4; December 11. Please bring a yoga mat. Open to Port Washington residents free of charge. Registration begins August 21, 2023. Please read the exercise waiver here.
