Event Details
A series of exercise classes incorporating yoga, Pilates, and stretching. Marlene Kirsh, athletic trainer and certified Pilates instructor, will lead the sessions. Open to Port Washington residents free of charge. Classes begin January 26 and run through June 1, from 5:15-6:15 pm. No class on February 16, March 2, April 6, and May 25. Please bring a yoga mat. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and is required.
