Event Details
Move through seated and standing poses to increase flexibility, balance, and range of motion. A chair is used to meet a variety of fitness levels. Marlene Kirsh, athletic trainer, and certified Pilates instructor, will lead the sessions.
Classes begin on Wednesday, January 15, and run weekly through May 21, from 1:00pm - 2:00 pm. No class on February 19, April 16. Please bring a yoga mat and 3lb weights.
Registration for this class will be determined using a random lottery system. Lottery entries will be available online from Monday, December 30 at 9am until January 6 at 5pm. Click here to enter the lottery. Drawing for the registration will be held on January 7, and email confirmations will be sent on or before January 10. Only confirmed registrants will receive an email. FILLING IN THE FORM DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOU A SPOT IN THE CLASS.
