Event Details

Group acoustic guitar lessons for the absolute beginner returns! NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! You’ll be taught simple methods to get you started and will learn well-known songs. You’re required to: bring your own acoustic guitar (no electrics please); be at least fourteen years old (no exceptions); be a right-handed player (my apologies, but I’m not familiar with teaching left-handed style guitar); have pretty short nails on your left hand (long nails make it extremely hard to play notes correctly). Classes are from 7:00 pm to 8:15 pm and will take place on these Mondays: April 3, April 17, April 24 and May 3. Registration begins on Wednesday, March 1 at 11:00 a.m. These sessions are for Port Washington Library cardholders only.
