 icensed social worker, and a professor at Hofstra University and at Stony 
 Brook University, as he explores ways to be more resilient.  This worksho
 p will review the concept of resiliency and explore the four major factors
  that contribute to being more resilient.  These factors include Hope, S
 ocial Connections, Purpose and Adaptability.  These four ingredients when
  focused on and tended to on a regular basis helps us to handle life&#039;
 s adversities better and to bounce back from challenges that occur.  This
  workshop will be interactive and experiential.
