DESCRIPTION:Join PWPL staff and friends from the Bryant Library as we expl
 ore our local Hempstead Harbor Shoreline Trail, just minutes away from the
  Library. We will meet at the starting point (North Hempstead Beach Park),
  by a small gazebo in the parking lot next to the Manhasset Crew Team&#039
 ;s storage. Please bring your own water. All participants will need to sig
 n a waiver prior to meeting at the Trail. Registration is required. Hemps
 tead Harbor Shoreline TrailA passive, recreational trail (1.92 miles - alm
 ost 4 miles out and back) with beautiful views of Hempstead Harbor, includ
 ing wetlands, wildlife, and birds. The Trail is a combination of smooth an
 d wood chip surfaces, and it is fairly flat and meandering, with some ligh
