Exhibiting artist Pauline Galiana discusses her current work on display in the Library's Adler Gallery. Algerian-born Pauline Galiana is an internationally exhibiting mixed media artist with an emphasis on obsessive and meditative art processes. Her work often combines mundane materials with meticulous planning and rigorous grid patterns. Join us as Galiana discusses her process and use of common motions of drawing, looping, sticking and sewing and how she transforms everyday materials into works of art. Her work will be on display through October 2021.
