Nicole Asselta will lead a parent’s discussion on helping each other cope with our collective challenges and consequences of living through a global pandemic. Connecting with other people in your community to share ways to support yourself and your loved ones can be a great resource. Nicole is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who received her Masters of Social Work from Hunter College, City University of NY. She currently facilitates a support group and developmental playgroup for New Mothers, works in the Parent Resource Center's Stepping Stones class, and teaches yoga to adults and children in Port Washington. The Zoom login information will be emailed to you before the class begins.
