Join us for an informal discussion that aims to build community with intelligent discussion, laughter, and social interaction. The group will be led by Lilyan Strassman, LCSW-R, Psychotherapist, and Life Coach. Ms. Strassman holds Faculty Status at the Academy for Guided Imagery and she has taught Psychology, Sociology, Social Science and Social Work. And for this session the topic will be "Stress Happens - Your Response is a Choice."
