THE FOG OF WAR: The Nautical Advisory Council welcomes Dr. Josh Smith, who will talk on his book" Battle for the Bay — The Naval War of 1812 in the Gulf of Maine." Smith is a professor of history at the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point and head of the Department of Humanities.
