Job Search Boot Camp
Job Search Boot Camp is an 8-week intensive workshop designed to help participants obtain employment through networking, taking place on Mondays, March 8, 15, 22, 29 and April 5, 12, 19, 26, from 5:30-8:30 p.m.

PLEASE NOTE: This is an online ZOOM event. Registration is on February 23 for Port Washington and Town of North Hempstead Residents for the Spring 2021 session on ZOOM. Registration for all others is on March 2. Once you have registered, the ZOOM Meeting ID and Passcode will be emailed to you prior to the first class, along with additional information you will need to have a successful boot camp experience.

Participants will be:
Motivated to conduct an effective job search
Instructed on using LinkedIn and other forms of social media
Guided towards time management and developing job objectives
Assisted with their personal brand and elevator pitch to build their profile
Given resume and cover letter advice
Advised about building an effective network to find a job in today’s marketplace

Job Search Boot Camp is a service provided by the Career & Personal Finance Center. It will be presented by Maria Themistocleous-Frey, President and Founder of Executive Consultants of New York, Corp. and the ECNY Foundation, a non-profit corporation that specializes in career coaching and professional development.
