The pandemic has created unique and different ways for job seekers to find meaningful employment. As restrictions are lifted and ultimately gone, it's important to turn this new employment landscape into a strategy we like to call the Five P's: Proper Preparation Prevents Poor Performance. - Session 1: What impact will this have on your job search? What steps should you take proactively? Opening discussion about what we should expect and how we can use the time we have to effectively prepare
- Session 2: Identifying your Transferable Job Skills. - Greater ability to expound on skill sets
- Session 3: Updating your resume and identifying Transferable Successes. Creating 4-7 Success Bullets for an email/LinkedIn introduction
- Session 4: Polishing up your LinkedIn Profile
- Session 5: Networking to keep the Lines of Communication open and ready. How to reach out to connections, new and old, and start dialogue
