Program Description

Event Details

Perimenopause can be a confusing and often overlooked transition, impacting energy, mood, sleep, metabolism, and overall well-being. Join a licensed psychotherapist and a nurse practitioner specializing in women’s health for an open, supportive conversation designed to help women better understand what’s happening in their bodies and minds during this stage of life.

This honest, real, and down-to-earth event is designed to be both educational and compassionate.  Together, we will explore the physical, emotional, and hormonal changes of perimenopause, what symptoms are considered typical (and when to seek additional support), and how to advocate for your needs with confidence. Attendees will gain practical tools for managing fatigue, stress, and emotional overwhelm, while learning how self-compassion, self-trust, and holistic care can support vitality and wellbeing.

This program is ideal for women seeking clarity, validation, and practical guidance, and for anyone who wants to feel more empowered and informed during the perimenopause transition.
