“THE BAND’S VISIT” (Bikur Ha-Tizmoret) (2007-87 min.). Director Eran Kolirin also scripted this cross-cultural comedy about an Egyptian police band stranded in a desolate Israeli village. The film won eight Israeli Film Academy Awards, including Best Picture, Director and Screenplay. In English, Hebrew and Arabic with English subtitles.
