Alzheimer's Information Session

Community Outreach from the Parker Institute. Representatives from their Willing Hearts, Helpful Hands Program will be available to provide information on their services to Alzheimer's patients and their caregivers, which include counseling, evaluation, information and referrals, and respite services.
