Please join us for a series of Chair Yoga classes with certified instructor Beth Lipset. Free to Port Washington residents. Classes start September 9, and run through December 16 (no class October 14)  

Please join us for a series of exercise classes incorporating yoga, Pilates and stretching. Marlene Kirsh, athletic trainer and certified Pilates instructor, will lead the sessions. Open to Port Washington residents free of charge.
