Event Details

The Music Advisory Council's outstanding 2018-19 monthly concert series continues with Cellist Zlatomir Fung with Tengku Irfan on Piano. The pair will present a beautiful program that will include selections by Dall'abaco, Bloch, Berio, Balchand and Brahms. This concert is made possible thanks to funding by the Port Washington Library Foundation.

As a First Prize Winner of the 2017 Young Concert Artists International Auditions, Mr. Fung makes his recital debuts in the Young Concert Artist Series at Merkin Hall and Kennedy Center this season. He has already appeared as a soloist in the US with the Baltimore Chamber Orchestra, Boston Pops, New England Philharmonic and others.

Pianist, composer and conductor Tengku Irfan has appeared as a soloist with orchestras worldwide.
