Program Description

Event Details

This is the story of a young performer from San Antonio who treks to the Big Apple and is suddenly discovered by Broadway and Gary Moore. And the rest, as they say, is show business history. Laugh once again with the antics of Carol and her hilarious television ensemble including Vickie Lawrence, Harvey Korman and, of course, the always unpredictable, Tim Conway. Discover Carol’s illustrious movie career, plus learn of her personal triumphs and tragedies. Along the way you will revisit memorable characters including Mama and Eunice, Mr. Tutball and Mrs. Wiggens and others. This presentation will be given by Sal St. George who is an Adjunct Professor and pop culture historian.
