We welcome Sal St. George, who is an Adjunct Professor and pop culture historian for a presentation about the great Betty White. Betty has the longest television career in history, spanning from 1949 to today. Betty was the first woman to produce and star in her own TV show. In 2011 Betty was voted the most trusted celebrity in America. Betty has starred in two classic sitcoms: The Mary Tyler Moore Show and The Golden Girls. Join us as we learn this fascinating, and inspirational story of the beloved author, humanitarian, and - of course - actress, The First Lady of Television: Betty White! (Please note this was rescheduled from March 5, 2021)
