The COVID Pandemic has and continues to create tremendous challenges and conflicts for all of us. This workshop will focus on developing strategies for coping with the stressors of our new normal while attempting to balance the multiple roles we have in our lives-family, work, school, social and our own personal needs. David Hymowitz, who will lead this discussion, is a licensed social worker with over 30 years of experience working in the human services field. He has held positions as an educator, program developer, clinician and support group leader for youth, adults and families, and in administrative and executive roles.
