Event Details
As the pandemic continues many of us and our family members are experiencing ongoing concerns and uncertainties. We may be experiencing feelings of sadness and worry. In addition, daily stress can be mentally and physically exhausting. This can negatively impact our sense of hopefulness and wear down our resiliency and ability to persevere.
This community based workshop, led by David Hymowitz, who is a licensed social worker with over 30 years experience, will look at ways to find hope and to rebuild our resiliency. Coming together as a community to discuss these occurrences is an excellent way to realize you are not alone and gain social support and connections.
