Event Details
Many classic rock artists who came to prominence in the 1970s have released dozens of albums during the course of their careers. Others slowed their output down after a certain point, and had … or continue to have … long gaps between album releases. And when their albums do come out, sometimes we find that they weren’t really worth all the wait and anticipation. But occasionally, they are stellar, late career releases that stand up with the best work of an artist’s ‘golden years’. On this week’s episode, Port Washington Public Library's resident musicologist Tony Traguardo looks at a few great ‘comeback’ albums.
