Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is an energy technique that puts stress relief literally right in your own hands. Tapping on specific places on your body while tuning into your stressors has a very calming effect. This workshop will teach you the basics of EFT and will give you a chance to practice and learn how to do this on your own. EFT, or tapping, is a remarkably easy way to relieve stress. You will learn: The 8 powerful points of EFT; How to tune into your stressors to relieve them; How to calm your nervous system quickly; and How to do this for yourself.
