SoundSwap Round Table: 'Story Songs II'

We had such a great response to last week's round table talk that perhaps a second installment is in order; and so the discussion about classic 'story songs will continue. 'Story songs' and 'ballads' have been around in popular music in America since the 1920s, and they've been a part of the folk tradition since the 1600s. And while many story songs are tragic, this time around we'll hit on a wider range of emotions. This set of music contains stories about telephones, cars, traveling ... and more!
