DUE TO HEAVY RAIN IN THE FORECAST, THE SHOW WILL NOW HAPPEN IN THE LAPHAM ROOM AT PORT WASHINGTON LIBRARY.

Over the past several years, Glenn Strange has become a recognized name in the live music scene on Long Island and in New York City, playing regular gigs at well-known music venues, restaurants, private parties and festivals, and drawing a crowd with their mix of covers and originals.

Glenn Strange is Giancarlo Bellistri on lead vocals and rhythm guitar, Jack Chambers on lead guitar and backing vocals, Stanley Hu on bass and Jack Medaglia on drums. With influence ranging from the Beatles, Elvis and Led Zeppelin to Nirvana and Foo Fighters, this foursome delivers high-energy performances with acoustic quality and smooth transitions. The band’s originals show off their musicality with rock-vibed guitar riffs and lyrical hooks that stay in the same lane as their cover repertoire. This crowd-pleasing band has been invited back for repeat performances at such legendary venues like The Bitter End, Still Partners, Garden Social and The Clubhouse. We are proud to add the Lapham Room stage to that list of venues as we invite you to come rock the day away with Glenn Strange! The band will be supported by opening act SPF-30. This event is made possible by the Friends of the Library.
