Tony Traguardo takes you 'Back to the Garden' for Woodstock's 50th Anniversary! This program is based, in part, on legendary New York disc jockey and author Pete Fornatale’s book ‘The Story of Woodstock: Back to the Garden.’ This multimedia event outlines the events that led to, and occurred during, the weekend when over a half a million people gathered in upstate New York for the now legendary concert festival that has come to be known simply as “Woodstock.” For America’s counter-culture youth, Woodstock became a symbol of more than just sex, drugs and rock and roll – it was a huge declaration and celebration of peace, love, and a new way of living.
