This class is an ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique that incorporates meditation, controlled breathing and movement. Licensed Qigong instructor Winifred Boyd offers a series of Qigong exercises to promote physical, mental and spiritual wellness.This is not a live program and it will be available after April 1st at 4:00 pm.
