This panel discussion from Project Help Long Island will concentrate on individuals in recovery, and parents who have lost a loved one. Panelists will focus on their message of hope, and the promise of living a good life in the upcoming new year. Moderators: Jeff Stone and Kathy Levinson, Ph.D. of Project Help Long Island.

Panelists:
Dr. Joe Smith, Executive Director of Long Island Reach.
Steven C, who will discuss his journey through addiction and successful recovery.
Robert Kanter, Attorney and International Recovery and Family Advocate.
Arianna Lekhraj, Miss Teen 2019-2020, a high school student and mental health advocate, who will speak about depression, eating disorders, and her own loss.
Cameron Stout, a practicing attorney who is successfully handling depression, alcoholism and the effects of early trauma.
John Johnson, who is successfully dealing with bi-polar illness.
