Many years before man actually traveled into space in a rocket ship, we continually visited the Moon and beyond in our collective imagination, and nowhere was that better reflected than on movie and televisions screens. But perhaps the most fun view of space and the creatures who potentially dwell there could … and still can … be found in cartoons. Tony Traguardo hosts a program of short films featuring talented ‘actors’ like Bugs Bunny, Marvin the Martian, Gazoo, and, of course, Grommit, who will take you to the stars during a highly animated evening of cartoon comedy.
