Meet Stephanie Butnick - Author of "The Newish Jewish Encyclopedia"

Join author Stephanie Butnick as she discusses her book The Newish Jewish Encyclopedia: From Abraham to Zabar’s and Everything in Between.  Enlightening, highly entertaining, and just a little bit irreverent, this unputdownable encyclopedia of all things Jewish and Jew-ish covers culture, religion, history, habits, language, and more.  Named one of Library Journal’s Best Religion & Spirituality Books of the Year, this book is an unorthodox guide to everything Jewish.  Ms. Butnick wrote this book with co-authors Liel Leibovitz and Mark Oppenheimer who together are the hosts of Tablet Magazine’s Unorthodox podcast.
