Professor Val Franco, just back from a recent tour of Italy, brings us three Italian films this month, beginning tonight with Giuseppe Piccione’s "Il Rosso e il Blue" ("The Red and the Blue") (2012-98 min.). Meet the teaching staff of a high school on the outskirts of Rome.
