Most every mother feels that no girl is good enough for her son, but is that truly the case with L'Attesa? This French-Italian production, starring Juliette Binoche, and set in Sicily, is a stylistic delight: dark, eerie and cinematographically stunning. Join Professor Val Franco as we kick off Italian heritage month with this intriguing drama. It unfolds on it's own schedule, as a young girl waits for her boyfriend's arrival with his mother. In Italian (& French) with English subtitles.
