In commemoration of International Holocaust Remembrance Day on January 27, the Adler Gallery is proud to present a photography exhibit highlighting the resilience and hopefulness of Holocaust survivors. These survivors, originating from all over Western and Eastern Europe, are currently residents of Nassau, Suffolk and Queens Counties.

The exhibit will feature large-format portrait photographs on canvas. Photographer Danny Weiss refers to the project as an important way of celebrating those “brave individuals who not only survived but also rebuilt their lives after facing untold horrors.”

Art Reception Saturday, January 4th at 2 pm will feature special guest speakers. Light refreshments will be served.

International Holocaust Remembrance Day Special Event Monday, January 27th at 7:30 pm with guest speaker Rabbi Jodie Siff of the Reconstructionist Synagogue of the North Shore in Plandome, N.Y.
