Seen Off-Broadway and throughout America and beyond since its world premiere in 1995, Very Truly Yours, Gilbert & Sullivan tells the story of the collaboration of W.S. Gilbert and Arthur Sullivan through readings from their letters and diaries, as well as other contemporary documents (memoirs, newspaper reviews etc.) and excerpts from all 14 of their operas--including HMS Pinafore, The Pirates of Penzance and The Mikado--performed by a quintet of the Gilbert and Sullivan Light Opera Company's finest singers and dancers.  It's as bright, as funny, as surprising and as clever as the operas themselves.
