Afternoon on Broadway with Stephen Nachamie - Celebrating the musical "Gypsy"

The iconic musical Gypsy starring Audra McDonald has just returned to Broadway!  Award Winning Stage and Film Director Stephen Nachamie will take us behind the scenes of the making of this classic show.  He will explore the artistic collaboration of - Arthur Laurents, Jule Styne, Stephen Sondheim and Director / Choreographer Jerome Robbins who created the Original 1959 Production, as well as its "force of nature” star, Ethel Merman.   We’ll look at how the show became a classic and the new productions which have been staged since then.
