Film and Artist Reception Co-Sponsored With Landmark on Main Street

PWPL is proud to partner with Landmark on Main Street for a screening of UNDOCUMENTED and an artist reception with Jose Flores. **The film will be shown at Landmark** The 2016 film UNDOCUMENTED is the true story of Dr. Harold Fernandez, a top New York cardiac surgeon who came to the United States as a young undocumented immigrant. The 72-minute film is followed by a talk back with Dr. Fernandez and the film’s producers, Patricia Shih and Greg Banks. 1 p.m.

After the film, please join us back at PWPL for the opening reception and talk with artist Jose Flores, Jose Flores is a self-taught artist based out of Port Washington, New York, whose heart and spirit remain rooted in his place of birth, Guatemala, the heartland of the Maya. 3 p.m.
