Film historian and librarian Philip Harwood will discuss Orson Welles's "The Stranger" (1946), which is available on Kanopy. A war crimes investigator (Edward G. Robinson) tracks down a high-ranking Nazi fugitive (Welles) to a Connecticut college town. Loretta Young co-stars.
