Do you like to color? If so, you will love needlepointing! Join Schreiber High School student, and needlepoint enthusiast Eliza Elbaum, as she will teach you the basics of needlepoint, from threading a needle to completing your own stitched design. Needlepoint is not only a fun and creative craft—it also helps build focus, patience, and fine motor skills, while providing a calming, screen-free hobby. Each student will be given a kit, which will include a canvas perfect for beginners, needle and threads, project bag, and everything else needed to complete the project. No experience necessary—just curiosity and creativity! Registration begins January 5th for teens in grades 7-12. Space is limited.
