Career Launch Pad

Job seekers need to actively and continuously manage and possibly "relaunch" new careers/jobs along the way. Career Launch Pad is a way to build a positive, action-oriented group that will meet monthly for four 2.5 hour sessions. Designed and delivered by Karen McKenna, Career Launch Pad members will actively participate in the group, contributing ideas that build positive momentum and results for individual members and the group as a whole. The focus will be on understanding the employment landscape, which will include: Consulting or Contracting work, "Gigs" and other alternative ways of earning a living. Participants are expected to attend all four sessions on the following dates: September 6, October 11, November 8, and December 6, from 10am to 12:30pm.
