Albert Bierstadt was a member of the second generation of American landscape painters of the 19th century. As part of the Library's celebration of Earth Day and the beauty of our planet, join museum educator Alice W. Schwarz as she explores Bierstadt's sweeping scenes of New England to Yosemite Valley and the Rocky Mountains of the west.  (Sponsored by the Friends of the Library)
